Returns, refunds and exchanges

As provided by applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract of sale within fourteen (14) days without giving any reasons and without incurring any costs, provided that your wish to withdraw is communicated to us by registered letter with return receipt to the address indicated in Section 18 – Contact Us or by email to legal@dribblium.com within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (who may not be the carrier) took possession of the Product (hereinafter “Withdrawal Period”).

1. Such notice shall specify your desire to withdraw from the purchase and the Product for which you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal (if you wish, you may use the withdrawal form attached to these Terms – Exhibit A). Immediately thereafter, or in any event within fourteen (14) days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from the contract of sale, you must return or send back the Product in its original condition and packaging, with the label attached, if any. The Product will be returned at your expense and your account, if in the meantime activated, will be deactivated.

2. If you withdraw from a contract of sale during the Withdrawal Period in accordance with these Terms, we will refund all amounts paid to us, no later than fourteen (14) days from the date we received notice of your withdrawal from this Contract. We will use the same method of payment for this refund that you used to purchase the Product, unless we agree with you to a different method; in no event will we charge you fees for such refunds. We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned Product (which you may also send to us along with your notice of withdrawal), or, if earlier, until the date you have provided proof that you have returned the Product.

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and delivered to AWRobotics S.r.l., located at 47 Via Monte Nero 47 Guidonia Montecelio (ROMA). We will refund the full amount of your order minus the return shipping charges. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@dribblium.com with the order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We deal with these cases on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to work toward a satisfactory solution. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us at info@dribblium.com.
