SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

It is important to begin by making it clear to customers that the order processing time is separate from the shipping time they see at the time of payment.
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, weekend orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday.
Estimated shipping time begins the day the order is shipped. All orders collected by 11 a.m. the same day are shipped in the afternoon.

Delivery time
Italy 2 working days (Bartolini courier)
Europe 8-10 working days ( depending on location the courier will be DHL/UPS/BARTOLINI/POSTE)

International shipping
European shipping rates. We offer international shipping to Europe. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which occur once the shipment reaches the destination country. Dribblium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipment confirmation e-mail, please contact us at logistica@dribblium.com with your name and order number and we will review it for you.
