WHY SHOULD A YOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB OR SOCCER SCHOOL ADOPT DRIBBLIUM?

  • The aspiring footballer has at his disposal an encyclopedia (DRIBBLIUM) of video tutorials on techniques for implementing ball control.
  • During a 20-minute home training session, the young athlete touches the ball 700 times compared to 150 in a traditional 1.5h training session. Touching the ball many times during training allows the player to create new brain circuits that make him increasingly skilled at what he does.
  • 20 minutes a day for 5 days creates an extra 100 minutes of training at home per week, almost 7 hours more per month and over 70 hours in a season of individual technique alone.
  • The coach will have more time in training to teach tactics, game vision and team play
  • With this home training program players will increase: control, monopodal balance, concentration, touch accuracy, touch sensitivity, dominance, coordination, rhythm, footwork, dribbling
  • The athlete will strengthen the glutes, legs, calves, ankles with exercises as in an extra athletics session
